The urgency of building new parking structures has indicators such as Siebel CS Center and National Center for Supercomputing Application NCSA mandating the need for the B04 parking deck. Another indicator is the current three to five year waitlist in central campus for preferred parking requires (C08 & C09) to be built soon.
