IS THERE FREE PARKING ON ALL UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS? Restricted hours : 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (open from 5 p.m. - 2 a.m. to the public) unless otherwise indicated by posted sign. All facilities are restricted from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on all days. No exceptions are made for any holiday or recess except those listed officially as "All University Holidays." Please note: 24-hour rental spaces, 24-hour rental lots, and handicap parking is enforced at all times. All University Holidays are as follows:
