WHY BUILD PARKING DECKS INSTEAD OF LOTS? There simply is no longer enough open space to build parking lots. In fact existing parking lots are being removed to make room for new campus buildings. The most efficient way for us to replace our lost facilities as well as address parking deficiencies is to build parking decks.
