HOW IS PARKING FUNDED? Neither the State nor the Campus can fund parking (by law) therefore we are required to be a self supporting system. Our entire parking system, including cost to build facilities, new parking decks, maintenance, snow removal, motorist assistance services etc. is funded by the revenues collected from permit sales, meter revenue and citation revenue.
