The Parking Department wishes to thank the University Community for their patience and understanding during the first week of February when we were only able to offer limited services to our customers while upgrading our Parking Management Computer System. We are once again able to offer all of our services at the Customer Service windows on the second floor of the Public Safety building from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Please note however, that you will not be able to pay parking citiations, make appeals on citations received, or purchase personal parking permits on line at our website www.parking.uiuc.edu until further notice.
